KS-200 is a silicone polymer resin powder composed of three-dimensional polymer microspheres linked by siloxane bonds. When incorporated into resins of various materials, it disperses uniformly throughout the matrix in the form of fine, transparent glass-like microspheres, via compounding with different base materials.
Leveraging the difference in emissivity between components, KS-200 modulates the refraction behavior of incident light, altering its transmission path to achieve high uniformity and transparency of the material system. Simultaneously, it satisfies the requirements for both haze and light transmittance, yielding soft, pleasant luminous effects. KS-200 is primarily applicable to transparent resins such as PC, PVC, PMMA and PET, as well as LED components and color masterbatches.
