This product is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in caprylyl methicone and cyclopentasiloxane. The products has good compatibility with a variety of plant oil and mineral oil, while providing dry smoothness and light, silky, non-greasy skin feel. It is especially suitable for the formula used for all kinds of skin care products and makeup products.
