BT-9081 is a blend of a high molecular weight organosilicone elastomer powder and dimethicone. It can be dispersed in oil phase directly or dispersed in the mix- phase after emulsification. The product has high heat resistance and low volatile performance, Providing long- lasting smoothness and silky touch with excellent thickening and good spreadability to cover the fine lines obviously,meanwhile, it can maximize the brightness of the product based on high light transmittance
