Industrial-Grade High Transmittance Light Diffusion Agent KS-200
KS-200 is a silicone polymer resin powder composed of three-dimensional polymer microspheres linked by siloxane bonds. When incorporated into various resin materials, it disperses uniformly throughout the matrix as fine, transparent glass-like microspheres.
Optical Performance
Leveraging differences in emissivity between components, KS-200 modulates incident light refraction behavior, altering transmission paths to achieve high uniformity and transparency. It simultaneously satisfies requirements for both haze and light transmittance, yielding soft, pleasant luminous effects.

PC, PMMA, PS, ABS, PVC lampshades, lamp tubes, hoses, light diffusion plates, LED luminous resin, electronic display boards, digital tubes, lattice structures, lampshades, lamp box advertising boards, luminous characters, cosmetic bottles, and related lighting components.
Usage Method
Disperses well in resin systems (PC, PET, PMMA, PS, PVC) and can be added directly. Pre-preparation as master batch or coating solution provides better dispersion.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in 20 kg drums. Product remains valid for 36 months when stored sealed, protected from light, and at room temperature conditions.
