This innovative elastomer gel combines spherical polymethyl siloxane crosslinked polymer elastic powder with low viscosity silicone oil. The product delivers a smooth, silky feel with a non-glossy finish and moderate soft-focus effect. It provides excellent moisturizing properties while being mild and stable, enhancing skin refreshment, moisture retention, and softness after application.
Ideal for color cosmetics without weightlessness at room temperature, and suitable for skin care and other personal care products.

Can be dispersed in oil phase at room temperature (low-viscosity and annular silicone oil are ideal dispersants). Can also be heated and stirred. Note that using high-speed shear may reduce consistency.
