This product is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in dimethicone. The products has good dispersion in oil phase, while providing dry smoothness and light, silky, non-greasy skin feel. It is especially suitable for the formula used for all kinds of skin care products and makeup products.It provide special silky feeling and skin touching.

USADE
In order to reducing the viscosity,the product should be dispersed in dimethicone or annular silicone oil. including lipsticks and pigmented formulations. It can help to reduce white residues in formulations containing a high level of volatile materials. Recommended use level is between 5 and 20%.
